McCann will not take legal action against Portuguese Government

Rogério Alves, former Bar Association President, told today that the McCann couple “don't see any reason to sue the Portuguese Government.” Mr. Alves said that Gerry and Kate “were obviously frustrated because they couldn't find what happened to their daughter and who was responsible for it, but they don't infer that (Portuguese) police has done a bad job, or that there is any reason to sue the Portuguese Government.”

Talking to “Barlavento Online” a Algarve news site, Mr. Alves admitted that, after the analysis to the 30 thousand pages of the files is finished, “we can reach the conclusion that we should do nothing and just leave everything as it is”, concerning further legal action for reopen the investigation of appeal to the Public Prosecutor's Office.

The fact that the investigation hasn't found what was the crime and the perpetrator doesn't mean that police has done a bad job”, the McCann lawyer said.

Sue the government? They bought the government off.

Your government is just as corrupt as ours.

You have been let down just as we have, but Maddie has been let down the most.

I am so sickened by this blatant display of corruption to save these two arseholes from justice and they are free to carry on working in the NHS at our expense.

What the hell do we do now? It cannot be allowed to be forgotten or buried as Maddie has been.

What now for the Portuguese police and Portuguese people?

The PJ have successfully been made to look like bungling fools - all the blame seems to have been laid at their door. The people who have been following this know that it is our corrupt government at the heart of it, but they've laid the blame at your door, supported by your own Public Ministry!

The PJ and Goncalo must be seething with rage about this surely?

What now? Will they fight back or will they just accept that they have become the laughing stock of the world?

The Portuguese citizens are left with knowing that the Public Ministry believes Maddie was killed but not by her parents, so that means you have a child killer in your midst and your own children cannot be safe.

What now???

Mitchell threatened Mr Amaral would be sued if his book incriminated the McCanns. It does, but they won't sue as they have no defence.

Mr Amaral responded that it is timely to argue the case in a Portuguese Court which the McCanns will avoid at all costs !

Suing the Portuguese Government is Mitchell 'spin'. It's because of British Government intervention that the McCanns were not arrested and charged last September. Keeping them away from questioning in Court and/or requestioning by PJ is the reason for the 'fiasco' - paid for by British & Portuguese taxpayers.

Mr Amaral did such a good job that his dog was fatally injured and then he was sacked.

Truth seekers welcome his factual book, the guilty hate it.
